Weili Zhang has put the entire Strawweight Divsion on notice when she Won the Title from Jessica Andrade, in only 42 seconds at UFC Shenzhen. With that win Zhang has now entered the history books becoming the first ever Chinese Champion in the UFC. Honestly I am delighted and thrilled for her, alot of pressure going into this fight for Zhang,taken on a World Champion and trying to make History aswell, That's not easy to have that on your mind, but Zhang delivered.
From the Opening bell Andrade charged forward, and Zhang immediately used the Low Kick to keep Andrade at bay. Andrade charged again at Zhang looking to land the left of hers but immediately got caught by a Right Hand of Zhang, falling into Zhang in the process. Zhang grabbed Andrade and unleashed Hell with elbows and knees, sending her backwards. Zhang now charged forward and before you know it Landed another right hand knocking Andrade to the ground. Ref jumped in. It was over.
