What is the stipulations that require a rematch to take place, there are a few to take into account. Was the fight close? Was there a controversial decision? Did the Judges score wrong? This has been a common acuration in Combat Sports especially with Super-Fights the last few years in MMA but I'm here to tell you through, and it might not be what you's want to read, but from what I seen at UFC 244, Nate Diaz doesn't deserve a rematch with Jorge Masvidal, at All.

I'm not going to breakdown the fight for you at all, you should know by now that Jorge Masvidal is the New BMF Champion by defeating Nate Diaz by way of doctor stoppage. Many claim that the fight was only getting started by the time the third round ended, but the damage was clearly already done. The Doctor waved it off, leaving Fans in attendance and around the world feeling disappointed about the ending. It was a bittersweet ending to the whole BMF situation, but a clear winner stood and that was Jorge Masvidal.

There was nothing I seen in Nate's performance that would warrant a immediate rematch, he was getting clocked from the opening bell.Jorge was just on top and hurting Nate badly, especially with that head kick in round one. What took Conor McGregor to do in three rounds to Nate, damage wise, Jorge did it in one. I'm not saying Diaz didnt have his moments, he did, but compared to output and damage,Jorge was winning by a mile. Jorge proved to everyone in that fight, he is one Bad Motherfxxker. I'm not saying that I dont want to see them fight again, I do,but right away no way. Jorge is now on top of the UFC, he holds the right cards in his hands and the new BMF title. what's next for him? The winner of Usman/Convington should be the next logical step, but the fight game has ways of surprising all of us. I hope Jorge gets his rightful shot at the title next, after this last year and now having a win of Nate Diaz at MSG, that tops the year of Masvidal on a high.

Where does Nate go from here? well that's Nate to decide, he is aiming at the rematch but also has said he might take other hiatus. Hopefully he does stick around and continues in the UFC, even if he doesn't get the rematch straight away, there are many opponents for Diaz to fight and stick around for.
What ever happens next is still up in the air for both Masvidal and Diaz, Many options are there. A title shot for Masvidal, another Super-Fight for Diaz depending on opponent, but a rematch with the two? Not now. I'm Afraid.

I think they really want to raise the prestige of the Welterweight belt and to do that Jorge would need to fight for the belt after Colby V Usman. Because let’s be real the UFC hates Leon and because of that he isn’t getting that belt
